My first priority is to make you feel safe and comfortable while we navigate the treatment journey together. You deserve to feel loved, heard, and seen. We will work collaboratively to develop a therapeutic approach that best suits your wants and needs. My main therapeutic approaches include but not limited to: client centered, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and mindfulness.
My experience includes working with individuals who have co-occurring disorders such as a substance use diagnosis and a mental health illness(s): anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis, etc. I have experience with inpatient and outpatient therapy, group therapy and individual therapy sessions both in person and virtually.
